This representation is based on assumption that the average term of project to be 3 months. The phase durations and other numerical values may vary depending upon other factors.

Each project life cycle is divided into 3 phases each of an average term of 30 days.
Phase 1 (0-30 days): This phase corresponds to the initial term of the project in which 30% of the project work is expected to be complete. On completion of this phase the first set of drafts of the work are deliverable to the Client. Client suggestions and comments are invited to ensure that the project is moving in the right direction.
Phase 2 (30-60 days): This phase corresponds to the mid-term of the project. By the end of this term upto 70% of the project work is expected to be complete. The second set of drafts is deliverable to the Client at the end of this phase. At this stage also Client suggestions and comments are invited.
Phase 3 (60-90 days): This is the last phase in the project life cycle. At the end the final work product is deliverable to the Client. Feedback is obtained from the Client and necessary modifications are also made if required.
At the end of Phase 3, the final project is delivered to the Client and all information related to the project is locked in the main server and password is reset. This password is available only with the Senior Management.
