- Senior Managers directs several project supervisors who direct the other employees.
- Evaluate the project with respect to the objectives and assign a tentative percentage grade.
The role of the Xxon’s Project Supervisor is to:
- Assist the project leaders in dividing the team, preparing them with a clear and obtainable objectives.
- Provide the team management with executing the guidelines, motivation and full support.
- Provide information and feedback to the project leaders to help him/her complete the project successfully.
- Ensure that team leaders and members abide the methods properly.
- Evaluate the project with respect to the objectives and assign a tentative percentage grade.
The role of the Xxon’s Team Leaders is to:
- Organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project, goals and objectives.
- Provide the members with the guidelines, develop schedule, assigns tasks, presents plans and send e-mails for project meeting.
- Provide information and feedback to the project supervisors to complete the project successfully.
- Ensure that the members abide the methods properly.
- Prepare work reports and other reports as required as per projects.
The role of the Xxon’s Members is to:
- Achieve fulfilment of criteria by using resources available.
- Provide the best with full explanation.
- Follow the instructions and directions of the project supervisors.
- Revise its own abilities and capabilities.
- Contributor for the success of the company.
