CEO and President
Mr. Singh: is the CEO and President of Xxon Legal Solutions. After successfully completing his B.Com, L.L.B. he got enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
He started his career by handling both litigation and non-litigation areas touching the laws related to contract, civil and criminal. With the ongoing success he became the chief legal advisor for companies like Zolf Lubricants, Star Trading Company and Barco International.
After successful career in Indian Litigation he completed his LPO training programme and started working as U.S. Attorney. He successfully handled all pre-litigation and litigation cases which includes LOP’s, LOR’s, petitions, e-discovery projects, motions and legal research.
Mr. R Singh
Vice President
Mr. R Singh: Occupational Therapist is the Vice President of Xxon Legal Solution. He holds an experience of over two years in the field of Paediatric and Orthopaedic Department and Rehabilitation of children with physically and mentally challenged. His major experience is in the field of Sensory Integration Therapy while working with the kids of severe autism, behaviour problems in kids and also congenital orthopaedic deformities in children.
Prior to joining Xxon, Mr. Singh was a Occupational Therapist in Vasant Valley School in their special section department and also as a H.O.D. of Occupational therapy department in Samadhan (an N.G.O. for physically and mentally handicap children). Mr. Singh holds a bachelor degree from Santosh Medical College, India.
Ms. M. Kaur
Managing Director
Ms. M. Kaur is the Managing Director of Xxon Legal Solutions. She holds an experience of over two years in the field of intellectual property in a wide variety of disciplines including Chemical and Pharmaceutical patenting. Her major experience has been in the field of patent drafting, patent prosecution including responding to office actions (India, US and EP), Freedom to Operate search & analysis, novelty searches, patentability analysis, patent mapping and landscaping, patent valuation, patent litigation, pre and post grant opposition and licensing, patent due diligence and e-discovery projects.
Prior to joining Xxon, Ms. Kaur has worked as a Patent Attorney and Consultant and Patent Agent with intellectual property division of pioneering law firm in India. She holds a Masters Degree in Chemistry and a Bachelors degree in Law. She is also a qualified Patent Attorney registered with the Indian Patent Office.
B.K. Dhameja
U.S. Attorney
B.K. Dhameja is the U.S. Attorney of Xxon Legal Solutions. After successfully completing his B.Com, L.L.B. he got enrolled as advocate wit the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
Prior to joining Xxon Legal Solutions, Mr. Dhameja was a practising lawyer in Delhi district and High court touching the laws related to civil, criminal and real estate. He is successfully leading the pre-litigation projects which includes letter of representation, welcome letters, letter of protections, demand packets, etc.
