CEO and President
Mr. G Singh: is the CEO and President of Xxon Legal Solutions After successfully completing his B.Com, L.L.B. he got enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
He started his career by handling both litigation and non-litigation areas touching the laws related to contract, civil and criminal. With the ongoing success he became the chief legal advisor for companies like Zolf Lubricants, Star Trading Company and Barco International.
After successful career in Indian Litigation he completed his LPO training programme and started working as U.S. Attorney. He successfully handled all pre-litigation and litigation cases which includes LOP’s, LOR’s, petitions, e-discovery projects, motions and legal research.
Mr. R Singh
Vice President
Mr. R Singh: Occupational Therapist is the Vice President of Xxon Legal Solution. He holds an experience of over two years in the field of Paediatric and Orthopaedic Department and Rehabilitation of children with physically and mentally challenged. His major experience is in the field of Sensory Integration Therapy while working with the kids of severe autism, behaviour problems in kids and also congenital orthopaedic deformities in children.
Prior to joining Xxon, Mr. Singh was a Occupational Therapist in Vasant Valley School in their special section department and also as a H.O.D. of Occupational therapy department in Samadhan (an N.G.O. for physically and mentally handicap children). Mr. Singh holds a bachelor degree from Santosh Medical College, India.
Ms. Colleen O’Donnell
US Marketing Representative
Ms. O’Donnell is a Legal Assistant and the US marketing and mediator representative for Xxon Legal Solutions, Pvt Ltd. She holds a BA in Geography and Urban Studies with a minor in Paralegal Studies from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. She is a published author and has a background in newsprint and magazine journalism. She is employed by the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and St. Louis County Board of Elections. She is an advocate of civil and animal rights.
Her litigation experience includes participation in the digital conversion of the US bankruptcy courts, legal documentation preparation, experience in ADR (alternative dispute resolution), CM/ECF (Case Management-Electronic Case Filing), PACER (public access to court electronic records), MO Casenet and Pro Se litigation including successful petitions before the United States Tax Court and US District Court, District of NJ. Her experience includes work with the following courts:
