The systematic work flow process at Xxon allows continuous progress monitoring at each stage of the Project and the result is an exhaustive Work Product that is simple yet meaningful and valuable for the Client.

At the beginning of each project the details are finalised in consultation with the Client. After the finalization of the Project details, all information related to the project is stored in the Xxon main server and is password protected. One member of the Senior Management is elected as the Project Supervisor. This election is based on the qualifications and skill set of the Management Member and the Project requirements. The key is to have a Project Supervisor who can meaningfully analyse and supervise all the information related to the project and be able to continuously monitor the project progress.
The Project Supervisor then selects a Project Leader based on the project requirements. The Project Supervisor and the Project Leader are responsible to formulate the specific work methodology, strategy to be followed and other finer details of the project.
The Project Supervisor and Project Leader are responsible for deploying the Team Members for the Project.
After the Project Team is finalised, the Project Leader is responsible to instruct the team members on the Project, co-ordinate the work and ensure that project deadlines are duly met. The Team Members provide daily work updates to the Team Leader. The Team Leader continuously monitors the day to day progress.
The Project Leader collects and assesses the project progress and provides biweekly updates to the Project Supervisor highlighting the major aspects and relevant information.
The Project Supervisor is responsible to see that the project heads in the right direction and the work product meets all quality standards. The Project Supervisor is to remain in contact with the Client and is authorised to deliver the drafts of the work product at end of each stage of the Project Life Cycle.
